HOW CAN WE RELATE MEDITATAION WITH REIKI, HYPNOSIS AND OTHER MODALITIES?

At Reiki Life Care, every healing science we teach is rooted in the core philosophy of Meditation — Awareness, Stillness, and Inner Connection.
Each modality is a different pathway to the same destination: Inner Peace & Spiritual Awakening.

REIKI

A Japanese healing practice based on the concept of “universal life energy.”
Healing Process: A practitioner channels healing energy through their hands to themselves or others.
State induced: Deep relaxation, often similar to meditation. Recipients often enter a meditative-like state.
Connection with meditation**: Reiki practitioners often meditate to clear their mind before and during a session, and recipients often describe the Reiki state as meditative. Both emphasize relaxation and energy balance.

Usui Reiki

Uses meditative palm healing to channel Universal Life Force. The practitioner becomes a silent witness while energy flows naturally.

Karuna Reiki

Deeply rooted in *compassion meditation*, invoking divine love to heal emotional wounds.

Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy

A guided meditative trance that helps reprogram the subconscious mind and dissolve stress, addictions, or fears.

State induced: Heightened suggestibility, inward focus, reduced critical thinking.
How it works: Guided relaxation, concentration, and verbal cues lead to an altered state of consciousness.
Connection with meditation: Both hypnosis and meditation involve shifts in brainwave activity (often alpha/theta states). Meditation trains awareness without suggestion, while hypnosis uses suggestion to create change (habits, perceptions, emotions).

Lama Fera

A Tibetan Buddhist method combining mantra meditation with high-frequency symbols to expel negativity and restore peace.

Magnified Healing

Works through affirmation-based meditation to align the self with higher angelic vibrations.

Dowsing / Pendulum Healing

Requires a calm meditative state to intuitively detect energy blocks and receive subtle guidance.

Psychic Healing

Enhances third-eye meditation to sense and transform energy fields beyond the physical.

Crystal Therapy

Uses meditation with crystals to amplify intention, stabilize emotions, and harmonize chakras.

Chakra & Aura Healing

Naturally intertwined with guided inner awareness meditations that balance body, mind, and spirit.

  • Meditation is not separate from healing — it is the heart of every practice taught at Reiki Life Care.
  • Whether through energy, sound, breath, or intention, all paths lead to Inner Silence, where true transformation begins.

TYPE OF MEDITATION PRACTICED IN REIKI LIFE CARE

Types of Meditation Practiced at Reiki Life Care
(With Special Emphasis on Vipassana – The Art of Inner Observation) – At Reiki Life Care, we guide our students through various forms of meditation rooted in ancient wisdom and practical transformation. Among all techniques, we deeply emphasize Vipassana Meditation, also known as “Insight Meditation.”

Vipassana means “to see things as they truly are.”

It is a powerful practice of self-observation, where one learns to witness the breath, body sensations, emotions, and thoughts without reaction or judgment. Gradually, this leads to purification of the mind, release of past conditioning, and awakening of inner peace.

Along with Vipassana, we also offer:

  • Breath Awareness Meditation (Anapanasati) – Cultivating calm through mindful breathing
  • Mantra & Japa Meditation – Using sacred sounds to align consciousness
  • Guided Healing Meditation – For emotional cleansing and chakra balancing
  • Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation – Expanding compassion for self and others

Whether one seeks stress relief, emotional healing, or spiritual awakening, Vipassana remains our core and most transformative practice — helping each aspirant dive within and touch their real nature.

PROCESS OF MEDITATION

Sit quietly, close your eyes, and just watch. Do not judge or suppress thoughts—simply be a witness. With practice, awareness expands into daily life.
